Romance on the job? Bad idea.

http://career-advice.monster.com/office-politics/Danger-Office-Romance-Ahead/home.aspx?WT.mc_n=MNL000283

Even without this article, it is a bad idea. Everyone will know the couple's business. The last part of HR getting a complaint of unwanted advances when a romance ends is very real. Where I did security eons ago for the first site I worked, one of the sergeants got fired after being a nasty gossip. She had a thing with the married lieutenant. This woman was married as well. Once she got fired, she filed a sexual harassment complaint at the security company's office. The Lieu felt forced to quit rather than try to fight the claim. Fucking people from the job is never a good idea as most of these little romances end or the "wounded" party retaliates. :td
