Burlington with Fewer Kids

The city of Burlington should be celebrating. Families with kids generate teenagers. Teenagers (and early 20's) commit most of the crimes in any city. Not many 50 year olds hangin' out on the corner with nothin' to do. Can I move there?

God forbid that retired people are keeping their homes, instead of selling them to families.
