The kids can laugh indoors, too. Apparently, as long as it's children making noise, it's okay, right, Moo? These damn parents are the first to complain if someone is making noise during nappy- time, but their brats can scream bloody murder, and it's a wonderful thing. I hope that man gets his way. Day care centers are the scourge of every neighborhood. Why don't they build them underground?

btw, I should add, a dog walk park near where I live (it was a fenced off portion of a park) was closed down because the moos surrounding it complained about the barking.

Of course the Moos and school employees are making the guy out to be a cranky old man. But the fact is he's running a bed & breakfast and has doubtless had complaints from customers about the noise from the day care center. Why is his business and livelihood less important than the day care center?
