On cracked they have this weird article today that is all about Halloween turning kids into criminals or some such weird thing. Anyway on of the commenters said that:

Good God! I just thank Dog that my neighborhood isn't really safe enough for the little shits to beg for candy. They prowl the YMCA and shopping centers for that shit.
