Woman sues employer over anti-cf comments

An Arabic guy, I think, judging from the name told a female employee who is either CF or can't have kids or both that she is "not a real woman" for not having sprogs and she complained to the boss. She was immediately fired and sued for 9000 pounds. Almost all the commenters are pro-CF, but I few called her a "snowflake" for not sucking it up and that if she is a real woman i.e an adult she should've told him to shove it and moved on without reporting it.

It's sexual harassment, pure and simple. Employers are not allowed to pass commentary on your reproductive choices, and you can be sure this wouldn't have happened if it were a man.
