Adoption agencies have strict criteria (usually). Breeders, whose combined IQ's would barely hit triple digits, have none.

And that's when I would become "ex" if I had been stupid enough to date said guy. Then sue his ass for damages.

If the duh has a modicum of responsibility he will pay for all damages to the car without her asking, pay for a rental and apologize profusely. He will do these things even if the relationship ends. Then he can make the brats work off the debt. I'd be thinking no finger will be lifted by him to clean or do yard work until the brats have left the house. Brats can do housework every day for at least 2 hours. And if she has a yard the brats can do her yard work every week until they leave the house. No hobbies except cleaning and working. At the very least they may end up with a decent work ethic.
