Free range, maybe dangerous teens

The thought came to me that since the US is starting to close schools there will be free range sprogs roaming around espcially teens with nothing to do and the potential for crime against property. Especially middle class "better" neighborhoods that are not that far from poorer or ghetto areas. May want to keep THIS in mind.

some university cancelled classes and the police have had to deal with the hordes of out of control kawledge stupidents out on destructive binges. obviously they don't give a shit. but then, nothing has ever been required of them.
