Apparently legalization is on the ballot in Missouri, so this is someone with an ax to grind (or just an attention whore, as breeders tend to be). I love that the cops doubled down when questioned and insisted "it happened just like they reported, damn it!" because god forbid they could be stupid enough to fall for the annual "razor blades in the candy" urban myth.
