I intend to add to this list...
I also finally watched The Trials of Gabriel Fernandez. It was not what I expected but was a complete litany of 'fail'. Even more appalling is that on the heels of the resolution of this case another one popped up with virtually the same background.
And I also read elsewhere that the child protective services here defy everyone for the information requested. It will most likely require 'an act of God' (namely some other agency raiding the place) before they can be obtained.
Finally, towards the end of the Fernandez Netflix series I got confirmation of a sort that there are so many 'businesses' out there that make money off of child services. Businesses one would ot think are even connected to children. I think Lockheed was one of them but the one that was mentioned was 'Maximus' It can be found under Maximus Child Support. What I gathered from the series that they are only concerned with the bottom line and what money can be made. And the families and children?? what does it matter how many 'Gabriels' occur and are out there..
THEY DON'T CARE WHO BREEDS: SOMEONE WILL MAKE MONEY OFF OF BREEDERS. FROM RICH PEOPLE TO THE BOTTOM DWELLING POOR PEOPLE. 'Gabriel' has proven this to me.
I intend to add to this list as I come across them.

Adoption agencies have strict criteria (usually). Breeders, whose combined IQ's would barely hit triple digits, have none.
