Of course parents are more depressed. Wouldn't you be if you had created another human, put all your hopes and dreams into them, were their best friend, gave them everything they wanted, and they turn out to be selfish, rude, ungrateful and greedy?

Beyond the act of giving birth, I can't imagine anything more horrible than being a parent during gifting days. It seems to me like many kids are NEVER satisfied...these are the wrong jeans, this cell phone isn't cool enough, I need a computer in my room so I can chat freely with pedophiles, I need a nose job, I'll die without a brand new car, I'm a parent at 15 because babies are cute and Mummy and Duhdie didn't buy me enough crap to proove their love, waah waah wah.
