Notice the very first words out of the mom's mouth: (the first words of the letter)

"My daughter is a tall, thin, blond-haired, blue-eyed bully."

The first thing she talks about is her daughter's appearance. My Barbie look-a-like child couldn't possibly be a bully!

That kid sounds like a sociopath in the making. Likes to hurt others' feelings, doesn't learn from being corrected--crap, watch out for her when she gets older! Usually the "get professional help" advice just seems lame, but this time Abby is dead-on. Hell, it's too bad the parents can't send Bully to a gulag...
