Actually I think it's there excuse. I don't know if these people are really crazy or if the herd mentality is so ingrained in them they just find an excuse.

I think the poor woman is very, very, very insecure.

And she got these demons from living in a very religious background, too.

Maybe if she sees that she doesn't have to do anything she doesn't want to, then she can finally take a very deep breath and relax.

The title of "good parent" doesnt come freely from me. If you choose to dabble in creating new life, then my opinions of your actions will be harsher and my praise will be harder to elicit. It's a tradeoff. If you are foolhardy and shortsighted enough to try your hand at playing God, you best be willing to live up to the expectations that come with such a station. When I read this quote from FB:

I LOL every time.

I also thought this person was a woman on first read but on checking his comment history it turns out that apparently he is a man. And he has addressed this issue in several other threads...it's really bothering him.

One sample response from another thread: "I do have Aspergers if it helps. This may be some of the issue. Still, I dread the woman God will force me to marry. I dislike courtship and dating a lot."

Another response from this poster: "From experience. Like I said, God created marriage to punish man and to make him angry. God does not promise a hope and future if it has to involve marriage and raising children. Marriage is the worst thing in the world in my opinion. I do not like having to prepare for a future spouse. My future wife does not like me, and I don't like her."

Clematis, that man sounds nuts. If he ever marries and sprogs, he'll be beating his wife and any children they have, and it will escalate until someone, probably a kid, ends up permanently maimed or dead. He has no business following the LifeScript™, none at all.
