Lazy breeders screw up parking.

My girlfriend lives in a small apartment building with 5 or so apartments. Apparently my girlfriend is no longer allowed to park in her usual parking spot, and when I visit her I now have to park in the farthest area possible. Why? Lazy breeders in the apartment downstairs just farted a loaf and now they don't want to walk from their parking area and up the short flight of stairs (~20 steps) that goes DIRECTLY TO THEIR DOOR. The deformed-looking landlady is a breeder herself and ORDERED us to not park in the topmost driveway so the lazy cow of a moo and the worthless piece of shit duh don't have to lug the loaf up the stairs.

FUCK THAT. I am considering moving in with my girlfriend as we have been together a couple years now and neither of us wants kids, and it's a nice apartment in a good area. But I might not go through with it because if I do move in I will NOT be honoring the breeders' little parking "agreement." I'll tell them to go pound sand, and I think there will be a BIG problem if they decide to make trouble over it and/or fuck with my car. I also have no problem telling them that if they don't want the inconvenience of lugging a loaf, the garbage can is out front, and there's a pond down the hill.

Probably the most annoying part is that my girlfriend is not terribly put off by accommodating these breeders. I, on the other hand, think it's RIDICULOUS and that she should have told them NO, we will NOT be parking elsewhere and moo can just walk!

Maybe your girlfriend could fake a leg injury, start hobbling around on crutches or wear a fake leg/foot cast. Then tell the landlady she's going to park in her spot and the breeders can go fuck themselves.

As well, it was your choice to carry the loaf to term, now you can carry it from your own fucking parking space, into your apartment.

Is the parking spot designated in the lease? If so that is a change inthe lease and she should get a monetary reduction. I wouldn't be so understanding. It would be one thing of someone asked and had a genuine injury but being told would annoy me to no end.

Maybe legal action could be taken against breeder landlady, I'm not quite sure how these things work but I am under the impression that the parking assignment is covered in the lease and that legally the girlfriend is entitled to her parking spot and that breeder pleaser landlady can't just take it from her like that when she feels like it.

Your girlfriend should tell them she has (fill in whatever medical condition) and therefore will not be accommodating the breeder asses. If the parking spot is in her lease, I'd tell them to fuck off.

Fibromyalgia. She should tell them she has it. It's impossible to tell if someone has fibromyalgia just by looking at them. I dare landlady to ask for a doctor's note. If she does, you have a "friend" who just graduated from medical school who would be happy to help you with your parking problem.

Your girlfriend needs to grow a spine. If the parking spot is in the lease and the landlord wants to knock something off the rent and that's satisfactory to your GF, that is one thing, but she doesn't want to set a precedent that the landlord can unilaterally fuck with her lease.

If she does, what's next? I'll tell you: her apartment needs repairs, and she'll be expected not to complain because 3B has LoafLeigh and their repairs are more important.

The landlady and the breeder cunt need to be told to fuck off. That should have been done the first time breeder cunt fucked with parking. Don't even try to be civil about it. Breeder cunt needs to learn early on her loaf doesn't shit gold nuggets and that she is not the center of the universe.

Most people have garages here. But, we are crammed in like sardines. Picture something like the opening of Archie Bunker.

'Postage Stamp' lot is not too much of an exaggeration.

And most SUVs and minivans do not fit! in the tiny old garages!

Parts of these type of 'neighborhoods' have become 'Hipster' or 'Yuppy' Breeder spots, - and their Behemoth Tanks - do not fit in the garages.

Moo and Duh better build bigger muscles SOONER because LATER they are going to be lugging the loaf many more places than just a few feet from one parking space vs. another parking space. I don't know if your girlfriend signed a lease or if she's month to month, but usually people sign a lease or rental agreement before they move in. If she still has a copy, she should read it over. There would most likely be something about parking in the lease or tenancy agreement. If there is, she should talk to the landlord about it, and remind her that she is breaking the agreement.

I wouldn't let a landlord ice me out of my parking space because my neighbors sluiced a goddamned loaf. I agree with bell flower about this action setting a poor precedent. Your girlfriend should stick to her guns about her parking space, because if she doesn't, she will end up being pushed to the back of the line for other things, like repairs and upgrades to her unit.

what about the other tenants? you said there were 5 units in the apartment complex. Why is your friend the only one who has to dance for these people? Fuck all of them. i still say park according to your usual habits and if anyone complains, say you're sick and if they ask for details, tell them it's none of their business. Or better yet, say you're pregnant. Later, you can have a misscarriage and get diagnosed with fibromyalgia in the mean-time. What are they going to do? This isn't the same thing as asking for a handicapped parking tag. it's private property, and i don't think there's a law that will let the landlady tow you for this reason.

although, the worst thing that would happen if you fuck with the landlady too much is that she won't renew your lease. But, when push comes to shove, landlords want to keep tenants who pay their rent and are quiet. So, if you have those two things going on and you stand your ground politely, she'll probably tell the breeders that she did what she could and to just deal with it.

I agree with the others about checking to see if her parking spot is written out in the lease and then threatening legal action. The downside is that the landlady could potentially make your girlfriend's life hell there and allowing the breeder tenants join in, in which case, document document document.

Also, to go along with what SlumSlut said, ask the other tenants if the landlady came to them with this demand. If they weren't, then that's another bit of ammo to use agains the landlady, as to why she was singled out to give up her parking spot.
