I'm not going to the site because I don't ever want it registered that I went there. However I'd suggest the following:

1) How do we know we are really seeing a site administered by a 14YO?

2) How do we know daddy (or mommie) (or step...) is not pimping her?

3) How do we know this this girl isn't the childhood victim of sexual abuse and behaving in this faship is the only way she knows to get attention?

The VAST majority of youngsters who parade on the internet like I suspect young Ashliegh is doing have circumstances similar to those above.

By the way - I suspect what she is doing is illegal. Please report the site to whatever authorities you can and ask that it be traced and shut down.

At the same time you may save a girl from on-going abuse.

For all of the reasons above I am not going to that site. I don't want my IP registered there. I was once sent a jpeg from a kiddie porn site. The picture was of a boy masturbating. I can't remember who I called - but I remember I found the address of some agency who were VERY interested. I sent them the email with the picture and the url of the site. A week or so later they got back to me to say that they had closed the site down.

Since then I have taken note of stories about kiddie porn and realized what a big industry it is. I strongly suspect that young Ashleigh is either being pimped, abused or is in some way a vulnerable and 'at risk' kid who has been preyed upon by adults.

There is something further to consider. Ashleigh's site would not exist unless grown, adult men did not supply the demand.

Rather than concentrating my moral outrage on a young girl I'd rather concentrate it on the perverts who consume the product. They are driving the wheel, not Ashleigh.

Part of my job involves sex education work with teens who are not in the general school population, as well as outreach work with a wide variety of people. Unfortunately, because they are usually naieve and easily manipulated, there are indeed teen girls (and boys - thanks Capt. Obvious!) who are very open about how much they "enjoy" sex. I put "enjoy" in quotes, because it's generally not the case at all. Lots of times these kids are pretty confused about the way life works, and have come to the assumption that their body is a very valuable commodity that can be used to gain popularity, or even monitary gain.

I have worked with teens who have been coorced or forced into prostitution, but generally these girls -or their pimps- aren't advertising their youthfulness on the internets, but actually working the streets, through escort services or word of mouth, as that's more discreet and easier to evade the authorities.

I think it is a case of horses for courses. Young people are more likely to enter the actual prostitution (bodily services) industry if they are homeless and/ or have substance issues (abused or not). This is because they need $$ to survive and prostitution provides that money. It is partly an act of desperation.

There are many young people who still have a 'family home' (though not necessarily with parents) and who do not come into the radar of youthworkers who are still being abused.

'Pimped' in the case of these youngsters means that an adult facilitates their internet porn and profits from it.

In any case if the 'Horny Ashleigh' site is that offensive it should be reported.
