I think this kid is a mental. Sad thing is, there is next to nowhere to stick little mental shits anymore.
We have closed the big mental hospitals thanks to politicians and the ACLU, so now they can shuffle around on the streets and freeze to death. (or broil as the case may be..).
For kids? No wonder some animals kill their young. There is no place this woman can put this ...creature. She is stuck.
