Roe vs. Wade won't "fall", that is, at least in the sense of abortion being illegal again. Roe might be overturned by a Court 2 or more of whose members were appointed by our local Taliban. But even if it were, that only means the decision to re-outlaw abortion would go back to the state legislatures, maybe 6 of which are in any mood to return to the bad old days. So the situation is not as bleak as you think.
