Wait...hold the phone. Back when it happened, she was a poor homeless vet looking unsuccessfully for a job. Since then we learn she lived with the parents, had sitters available, had a bunch of suckers paying her bills.

A substance abuse treatment program? Only 60K of that nearly 120K to the kids?

So she has blown through nearly half the money, and makes a comment like this:

"Right now we are surviving off of the funds that were donated by the public, but a good portion of those are getting ready to be turned over to the state so the remaining amount is not going to sustain us for very long, which is why I've been looking for work."

This fat twunt should have been looking for work this entire time, not scoring drugs with the money grifted off of suckers.

So Scam-esha voluntarily agrees to put 60K into trusts. She doesn't. Excuse? She needs the money to raise the kids because she can't find a job.

She tells the judge that it is too much and she can put in 35K and he counters with 40K. She doesn't. Excuse? Well, if they don't go to college they won't get the money. Oh yeah, and her bank only lets her withdraw 20K at a time.

(You don't have to withdraw a dime--create accounts, transfer money. Bank does the heavy lifting. I call BS.)

She claims to have 70K left but no accounting of course. However, simple math shows she blew through 4K+ a month over the last six months and prosecutors say 1100 a month has been going to dining out, designer clothes and cable/cell phone bills. She admits taking the kids to Mickey Ds or upChuckECheese and bought them Kindles (because a 6 month old and a 2 year old need them.)

Scam-esha blew through the wad of cash. Send her to jail, take the kids away and hope they get a better deal.

An interesting read about this man who tried to help out hot car moo by setting up job interviews for her and her never showing up and blowing through the money spending it on studio time for her wanna be rapper boyfriend and designer clothes.

It shouldn't matter what she does with the money, that doesn't negate the neglectful behavior of leaving your kids in a hot car. You shouldn't be able to buy your way out of charges, whether you're a wealthy trustfund brat or a struggling regular person. The rules either apply to everyone or no one.

Still, the donations were not made with the intention of financing her personal lifestyle and recreation while she sat at home. Send her ass to jail immediately.

I'm pretty sure that misusing any sort of crowd-funding income that had a purpose constitutes as a scam. So now not only is she a murderer, but she is also stealing money from other people. What a piece of work.

Scamesha did not have to agree to put the money in trust. However she faced prosecution and a likely guilty verdict.

She got a sweetheart deal, a get out of jail and a felony free card usually only afforded to the rich and she fucked it up.

Nothing to the kids have been proven. What has: 6000 to her babydaddy's studio time to play rapper. 300 per purse for her Michael Kors fetish. Designer jeans.

I would say unbelievable, but it's not.

This bitch put her chyldrun in serious danger, people donated over $100k that she didn't earn or deserve, and she could have gotten a sweet deal that she also didn't deserve, by putting less than half of that money away for her kyds' future—which she should have done anyway.

$4k a month on non-essential items? That ALONE is more than double the poverty line and should be enough to provide the bare minimum for her damn kyds, including childcare. Either she had some source of income or someone, likely her family, is giving her money. I can't even wrap my head around the stupidity of it all. Take the kyds away; put them with a willing and capable relative or in foster care.

I'm guessing Scamesha has a spending addiction. That doesn't excuse anything, but if she gets treatment for it maybe she can support herself instead of relying on handouts that also get wasted.

Arizona mom pleads guilty to leaving young sons in hot car

PHOENIX (Reuters) - An Arizona woman whose tearful mugshot drew nationwide notice pleaded guilty on Monday to child abuse for leaving her two young children in a hot car while she went on a job interview, but will avoid jail time, officials said.

Shanesha Taylor, 36, entered the plea as part of a deal with prosecutors during a hearing in Maricopa County Superior Court in Phoenix, and is due to be sentenced by a court commission on May 15, a court statement said.

The plea agreement was reached two weeks before the Phoenix mother was set to go on trial on child abuse charges for leaving her 6-month-old and 2-year-old sons in child-safety seats in a parked car amid temperatures that reached more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Well, the original deal was that she had to put half her ill-gotten gains into a trust fund for the kids, but she refused to do so and continued to blow the donation money on herself.
