Apparently, this self-proclaimed 'artist' thinks she's pretty fucking amazing, so she's decided to deface national parks with her 'art' and Instagram & tweet her adventures!
So what does this have to do with kids? No, she isn't a little kid, but she's very obviously a young person. She's a product of the self-indulgent, self-absorbed, special snowflake generation, who've been brought up believing that their every whim should be satisfied and that everything they do is precious.
Not saying this is how *all* of them will turn out, but this is clearly one outcome of being told the sun shines out your ass 24/7 and you can do no wrong.
