Breastfeeding mom claims employee took picture

Yes, it was wrong to take the picture. Unless one is a celebrity, with the expected annoyance of being followed by paparazzi, there should be a reasonable expectation that you can dine out in peace. But I find the level of outrage demonstrated by the woman to be ridiculous.

Lady, you have your tit hanging out. You might be comfortable with it, but not all people are. One person displayed a reaction in a way that was definitely against the policy of their employer and inappropriate in a general sense, but that's no reason to get your tits (ahem) in an uproar. Believe me, there were likely a number of people there who were inwardly *eyerolling* at your narcissistic display.

One of the unfortunate aspects of living in the era which we do is the eroding of individual privacy. I think we've gone from an era in which could have expected to be photographed in public, to an era in which we should expect to be photographed in public. That's just the times we live in. And as elements of technology like Google Glass get refined and more commonplace, we can expect to see more of this.

There is no expectation of privacy in public. "I can't believe that someone would photograph me in public" just doesn't fly anymore, not for breastfeeding moms, and not for anybody else. This woman acts like she's a special kind of citizen when in reality, any of us could be photographed at any time.

The company sent KENS 5 a statement saying:

"We cherish families and value the many wives and mothers who work here, and the wives and mothers who are our guests dining here. Their right to breastfeed their babies is something we support and believe in. We were deeply troubled by this employee's conduct and not only was his conduct an explicit breach of written company policy, it was a violation of the values we care about deeply."

Cherish families? smile rolling left righteyes2

So they insist on beefing their larvae in public, but then get huffy when someone pays attention to them in the form of taking a picture. Who knows why the employee did it... to show people the exhibitionist sow in the restaurant, to show his buddies the tits flopping to and fro that he saw at work, or maybe someone with a lactation fetish. Should the employee have been derping around, taking pics of this idiot on the clock? No.

Is this what we should do to stop public beefers? Whip out a phone or camera and start snapping away when they decide to have a "nurse-in?" I can't say I don't support something that will get these heifers to roll up the milk bags and put them away in restaurants or mauls because there is no reason whatsoever for someone to not boob-feed their bastards at home. Plus, I think the police report is a bit of an overreaction. Honestly, WTF kind of a charge would there be for taking a photo? Harassment? And wow, big shock - Moo is a member of the Leaky Udders League.

"I'm nervous about it. I'll probably bring a blanket, or a cover and take a little more heed in it, but I'm not going to take my kid to the bathroom to eat," Gustafson said.

Well why the fuck didn't you do that in the first place? You won't feed your loaf in the bathroom because he's a person too or some such nonsense (a kid that will probably eat his own shit in two years' time), but you won't throw a blanket over yourself when sticking your tits down Junior's throat in public? Sorry, but I think if you wear or do anything revealing/strange in public, you run the risk of attracting wandering cameras. If we still used film cameras and it still took time and cost money to develop photos, people wouldn't waste precious film on some heifer's dripping udders. But it is SO easy to take a quick pic now.

I'm not saying anyone deserves to have their picture taken without their permission if they wear a microscopic skirt or a top with a low neckline or goes topless on the beach, but just that they can't act shocked if someone snaps a photo when they're putting their asses or tits right on a platter for photo-happy strangers. StudioFiftyFour is absolutely right - there is no public privacy or personal space. Everyone has such a sense of "sharing" images that they feel they can help themselves to any images they see in public.

Good for the employee! I hope he posts those disgusting photos everywhere and shames the bitch from popping her nasty milk bags all over the place.

I would totally take photos, really obvious ones, up close. It's a public place. She has no right or expectation of privacy. If it's perfectly legal to take up-skirts, (which SHOULD be illegal) then this bitch, who is clearly BEGGING for attention (being a member of le lech makes it obvious) is just asking for EVERYONE to pay as much attention as possible. That means photos, videos...

If I were a guy, I would totally sexualize it (regardless of how nasty it is) just to make her uncomfortable. "Yeah baby. Suck it. Mmmm That's yummy yummy titty pus! MMMMM! Suck that nasty titty pus! You're a nasty little piggy aren't you?" Hey, that's totally G rated! Just because you sound gross when saying it doesn't make it illegal. I'd even say to the moo, while snapping photos "Give me a pout now. Pout for the camera. Oh! You're so sad that your hairy bingle bangle is like a 3 ring tent now. No more captain frosting for mooomy. Nopenopenope. It'd be like a golf pencil in a hallway these days. Now give me sad. Sad that your fluffy wuffy pillows are getting deflated. Yeah. Just like that. Just think of how this time next year they'll look like a pair of lemons in a pair of panty hose. MMmm yeah. They'll be so saggy and droopy. That's right. What do you mean stop? That's what you wanted, right? I mean if you didn't want this kind of attention why would you pop those nasty things out in public like a stripper? Clearly this is the attention you want or you'd be discreet. Oh hell no, I'm not asking you to cover up. Show me more of your drippy, nasty puss bags! Let me get a good close up! These are totally going on utube, instagram, the works, at least the ones I don't sell for people to wank off on."

Legally speaking, the moo would have zero grounds to complain. As long as you keep the language G to PG-rated, you don't touch her and you don't ask her to stop, there is no legal thing she can do to you.

PS: I'm very anti-photo... but let's be honest, if you're la lech, you're just doing it for attention.

If people are being discrete or trying to at least not be obvious, fine. If you're putting on a show for the public and get your panties in a wad when people DON'T want to see... you're BEGGING for attention.

That's why I don't do things in public that:

A: cause a scene
B: would not pass as fetish porn in pictures
C: expose the intimate details of my body (I'm even modest in swimsuits. Trunks and shirts.)

Honestly, it's on her here. This is the magical age of Snapchat. If you do ANYTHING outside the norm of what someone should be doing, anything that ruffle ONE petticoat, that ONE petticoat is going to take a picture with your tit out and caption the SHIT out of it. My thing is, why can't people take pictures of its so NATCHURAL and NORMAL and NON-SECKSHUAL! Obviously their rhetoric is not covering all of it's plot holes.

I told myself not to. Said "Self, don't you dare go looking for bf'ing memes," but couldn't help it.

I just can't stop myself from laughing every time Cambion uses the term "beefing". Its just so apt! And then reading the comments on that beefing meme website Dorisan linked while the words "beefing" and "beefers" are rolling around my head just made me laugh even more. Good job I'm alone right now, people would think I'm crazy laughing that much cos those memes aren't that funny. But at least they annoy the beefers!

Funny how Miss Moo is so damn upset when they are all up in arms about how titfeeding pics should be allowed on all social media sites and are taking nine zillion pics of it. So which is it? Perfectly fine and flop them out anyplace, anywhere and take pictures of it to put on Facebook and Twitter and Instagram...or "don't look! It's private!"?
Re: *click* Moo is outraged at ta-tarazzi

But I thought they wanted the "breast is best" - any damn place they like - notion to be enthusiastically supported and promoted? After all, that's their RIIIIIIGHT!!! Hey, ya got it! Now, go exercise that bad boy, at your risk!

"But, but, but, they waaaaaatched me! They invaded my priiiiiiivacy!" You're the one so keen on doing private things in public, remember? What's the difference?

I think this is FUNNY AS HELL!!!

There's the rub. Privacy can only be violated if you were somewhere that most people would reasonably agree is private or you had taken measures to avoid exposure and somebody had to make an effort to get an obscene picture. But if all I have to do is lift my phone to take a picture of your full breast, then I'm not violating privacy. You're violating public decency laws.

We live in a world where judges rule that taking upskirt photos fall under First Amendment rights and that takes considerably more effort than snapping a photo of a beefing moo with no cover. Cameras are a standard feature on cell phones, even on non-smartphones. Most people have smartphones, so somebody can take a picture and upload it onto no less than five social media formats in less than a minute, complete with exact time and location and they don't have to blur out faces. Porn sites have mobile apps (which, if you need porn on the go, is indicative of some issues on your end) so photos are easily and quickly uploaded there. Let's not forget 4chan and Reddit, sites filled with troglodytes that will find and give out personal information of females.

So knowing all the above and the fact that the law isn't going to be catching up any time soon, if at all, using a goddamn blanket doesn't seem like a huge fucking deal now, does it? Yes, I know people are going to be all, "VICTIM BLAMING!" No, fuck you, let's not rely on people not being assholes. It's the same people that want to simplify shit by saying, "Instead of telling women not to do this or that, tell men not to rape!" Or, how about I take a little personal responsibility by not roaming around at 3AM and keeping an eye on my drink at a party and not relying on strangers not being assholes. I don't know what fucking utopia other people live in, but I live in a world where people are just wrong. As far as I'm concerned, the shit is stacked against me, so it's up to me to make sure it doesn't fall on me.

I think that people should not be assholes, and then everyone watch their back for the rogue asshole who WILL fuck you over. No reason why it can't be both. I say tell people to stop being assholes AND teach people how to respond to and prevent personal attacks.
Re: *click* Moo is outraged at ta-tarazzi
November 21, 2014
Exactly. You can't count on people not being assholes, so why take chances like this? You flop your udder out in a public place, and some creep is bound to take a pic.

Maybe this will make her wear a cover in the future when she chooses to beef in public. That is so gross anyway. I don't want someone who's leaking bodily fluids to be anywhere near me, TYVM.

Yeah, no. I really don't have much hope of humans becoming a more benevolent and peaceful species.

Perhaps each of us here would contemplate a situation and vow to respond in a civilzed fashion, but I don't trust the common herd of people.

Call me crazy, but if you want your privacy, maybe you should do that in private? And I am sure there are fetishes for this type of thing, hell, there's a fetish for everything. So yeah, I am not at all surprised someone would take pics of beefing. Hell, even without some random person with their smartphone, there are surveillance cameras out the yin yang everywhere now. Did she totally forget there's film footage of her everywhere she's whipped out her boob in public?

I worked in a lot of restaurants and there would be the horn dogs slobbering all over each other. Once in a great while one of these couples would get all bent out of shape if anyone stared at their live show. Too bad, they don't want to get gawked at, they shouldn't have left the house.

I am not a big fan of all the photo taking, but wth, you are out and about it's going to happen at some point. No sense in getting all bent out of shape over it. This moo sounds like an attention whore.

Hehe, glad it made some folks giggle, but I can't take credit for "beefing/beefer." I'm not sure who came up with that in reference to breastfeeding, but it's probably in the CF glossary page. Fairly sure it's a Bratfree-exclusive term. smiling smiley

But still with this topic, like some folks have already said... if you want to keep private things private, don't do them in public. You can't yank down your pants, squat and take a shit outside the front doors of KMart and then yell at people who stare or take photos for violating your privacy. If you shove a tit down your loaf's throat for any and all to see in a restaurant, at least one person is going to stare or take a picture, and that is YOUR fault for beefing in public. Either cover up or boob-feed the fuck trophy at home. This is not difficult.

Yes, it's natchural and it's just eating for Junior, but not everyone sees tits as vessels of holy nourishment for darling little cherubs. Most people see them as delightful mounds of squishy fat with cherries on top. In other words, tits are sexualized in general. When they are out and about, people will notice. It sucks, but that's just the way things are.
