So, I like porn. I look at stuff usually but there are just times that the Lols are too strong and then I grab some chips. So I was interested in nurses this time.

This one porn pops up and I start to watch it. A dude and his wife are in the hospital and she's bellowing like a walrus, on fire, in labor. He's standing there freaking out. This hot as hell nurse come in and she tries to calm him down. He says "what do you know!? Do you realize how much this costs!?" She shakes her head, looks at him and moomy with a sly "I'm too smart for that" look and says "no". He keeps freaking out. Doctor threats to toss him, so the nurse takes him to the side to help him "forget all this ridiculousness".

Moo is ready to go to squat out and they start wheeling her away. He *lets go of her hand* while staring at the hot nurse in front of him as they wheel her away. She goes "honey, are you coming with? His response is, I shit you not, "I'll be there soon, good luck sweetheart!". larious

The nurse is like "sorry, I'll be done soon" he says "no, take your time, she's got awhile." larious

I didn't see the rest of it (it was one of those clips), but that was fucking (*snort*) hilarious. Maybe Duhdy is having some second thoughts? :Violin

So.. We know that food and water are running out, with overpopulation and all... Yet people keep on poppin' out those babies! I guess they want to have their baby and eat it too...

My top reason is that parenting gives you a free license to be selfish based purely on the fact that you're being selfish for an emanation of your own self. The illusion that what you do to benefit your children benefits them solely is a fallacy. Every parent benefits from the benefits that their children receive. Henceforth, it gives one a license to perpetuate a dog-eat-dog mentality that I perceive to be amoral. Parents say that their children are their greatest loves, what they forget to add is that they are their ONLY loves and only because their children are a reflection of themselves. I prefer to be able to love multiple people and have lasting relationships of many types and possess the essential core value of empathy for all than to restrict myself to an echo chamber of ego-masturbation and self-serving chicanery.

In short: Not parenting makes you a better person.

I don't watch pRon either - because I fear for my 'puters. I have three different systems going here, one work must be completely closed. That's on a network of the 'work things'. Other work one must remain semi closed - I can look at news sites and etc. on that. Neither of these have wifi.

So for even things 'like this' (this board, things of my own interest) - I have to use the neighbor's wifi (they let me) with my junky old laptop.

I also have two phone lines - one is Old Skool Land Line and - must remain closed. It's biz only, on that. The other is Land Line but I do have a cordless phone with that. That's for 'me'. I also have 2 cell phones.

I actually need moar phone and net lines in here - the phone co. says I'm maxed out / more is gonna cost ya. Where's the FIBER OPTIC? What's holding that up?

I do enough work out of my house. We also have an office. The stuff there is not that great, either. Probably because ATT's infra structure is made up of tin cans and string.

Also? The electric FAILS here all the time. To where large swaths of the grid will go out. You may as well be in Bombay where they only get a half hour a day ~

Well, not quite that bad. Bad enough. Which is why I am TERRIFIED to cause any PROBLEMS. DO NOT HARM THE PUTERS! I wouldn't even look at pRon on my junky old laptop here, off of someone else's wifi. I certainly would not want to cause issues for them.

Old Laptop needs 'updates' also - this alone horrifies me. Something is bound to go wrong ~

I don't think anybody is going to put money into fiber optic Internet since most people have moved to WiFi or cell phones for home use.
Get yourself some cable internet, hide the network so nobody can see it unless you give them the name to type in and of course use a strong password.
I don't know anybody who has used fiber optic for years and I will honestly be shocked if it is even available five years from now. My husband has worked in the computer biz for years and uses WiFi at work and for work business at home. Fiber optic being more secure is a long dead myth.

You should get a clunker and load Linux on it. Then get Firefox (latest version) and that has a bunch of software that protects against pop ups and bad scripts. There are distributions of Linux that can make said clunker behave like a souped up sports car.

I can't get net on that because I'd need a modem and the ph. co won't give me any more phone lines. I have two, both are work only, which is why I'm on the neighbor's wifi (and this laptop can get that - my 'old clunker' would need a wifi modem) - wait now - I think I could just get something to stick on it that 'tunes in' this wifi - and would not need a phone line for that ~

I have a little widget called:" Verizon Jetpack MiFi". It brings the internet wherever I need it. Very handy while driving, If I get lost, just pull over and fire that up and connect with laptop. I was on my way to pick up my husband at the airport, when he called my cell to tell me he was stuck in Chicago, no hotel. I parked in an empty lot and found him a hotel room for the night. Which United should have done, as they canceled the flight. It also functions during blackouts, and can be charged in the car.wink
