Need to spend a winter in the Poconos. Worst I saw there was - 15 F. Routine was -5F

Worse I've been in up here, was -40F. I had to hire a bobcat to clear my driveway, because my plow guy couldn't move the snow anymore.
It makes you appreciate good weather more, imho. I moved here from the desert, so it was quite a little shock, lol

Naw, people are tough in NYS. Schools almost never close up here. Kids walk around in shorts in 30 degree F weather.Quote
