That's right, a distracting picture of a dumbass brat on a bin being put out once a week usually at dark, is going to magically improve road safety! Still, nothing is ridiculously pointless and idiotic, when it comes to 'protekting the childrun'.

Here's a revolutionary idea, teach the brain-dead crotchfarts about road safety!

Wouldn't that just desensitize drivers to the visual cue of a running child near roads? I see twice the number of child running on to road accidents on the way. Also if someone slapped that shit on my bin I'd remove or deface it, after all I pay for that bin quarterly.

Because putting a sticker on a bin = saving lives
