Some 12 year old hulkatard shrieking at the top of her voice in a store the other day. Moo makes no effort to take her outside or calm her down - little shit was screaming that she 'needed' Mickey waffles or some fucking disney shit along those lines and getting in everyone's way

No excuse for that. Moomie thinking using the autard card is an excuse. NO! Tard has the mentality of a 3 year old... then... treat her like a 3 year old. Reprimand or Remove.
