Guy deflates a bounce house

Looks like the neighbor got sick of the noise and deflated the thing. I do not know if these things are anchored down, but it would be something if the guy send it aloft with the kids still bouncing away in it. One breeder commenter was saying that someone should slash his tires in return.

So, if the guy could get charged for trespassing, does that mean that every feral spawn would get the same trespassing citation?
