I like to look at this english Italian newspaper. Anyway I guess if you are from this town in Italy you can use moo parking. You just need to be female, Italian, from this particular town and a moo of apparenly ANY age sprogs after showing you "belong to a family nucleus"
This is worse than the US where they have moo parking for preggos and moos of newborn, but there you seem to have no family at all no matter what unless you are a moo and moos of teens, seem to be able to park closer. Weird
