Most of the comments I've read on this story are in favor of flat out putting this little shitheads down, or life in prison. They should not get a pass because they're young; at that age I would never have thought throwing boulders off an overpass was fun! Anyone with two brain cells to rub together would know that this is dangerous and wrong.

I saw an episode of "The Talk" where one of the moos said that the teens should only get 10-15 years due to some of them following peer pressure, also another one on the show said she thought the sentence should not be life as that would be so hard for the moos of these idiots since she is a moo herself she would suffer if one of her kids got involved in the same and got life. Jeez, a sentence based on how their moos feel.

Even if the victim(s) of acts like these don't die, they often suffer serious injuries, especially to their eyes. We had one here on Long Island recently and a car driver and passenger got injured, the passenger in her eye.

and now, of course, in the DC area, we have the 12 year old who decided to suicide . Jumped off a busy highway bridge, only to land on the car of a 22 year old woman, and killed HER. The kid is now said to be in critical condition. Worst case, he will be a veggie and in his parent' care the rest of his existence.

Considering how young the victim was, it's likely his mother is still alive. I wonder how she feels about such a small punishment for her child's murder. There's also the fact of the victim's children losing their dad.
