The sprog was being dragged out of a store by the father, probably due to her screaming for him to buy something.
The kid started screaming "stranger danger" in hopes of punishing the father for daring to discipline. I guess people took out their cell phones and called police on what turned out to be the actual parent parenting.
A commenter said that he knew a guy who took his nephew in a store and the kid pulled the same shit in revenge for being dragged out after misbehaving. Many of the commenters were saying how mean it was to not get involved, but others pointed out not getting involved means avoiding getting shot, punched, accused of racism or sued.
