I smell a payout! Yeah, the mirror should have been secured better, but why was the toadler allowed to pull it down?

Payless is the new playground dontcha know!

Do not tell me Moo glanced away for 'just a minute'. It takes much more than a minute for this to happen. Ages ago at a shopping mall I was at, toadler boy got his head wedged in between the bars of the second floor guard rail. Immediately started panicking and wailing. Luckily, one of the security guards at the mall managed to un-wedge him to much applause from the other shoppers. Where was its handler? The world may never know. It took that kid some time to wedge himself.
