Another almost PNA at the zoo

Hopefully the Rhino will not be put down. Moo probably figured a rhino would do the job for her

and the intern killed at another (presumably) small, under-funded, under- skilled zoo just the day before! I wish the laws would clamp down on these small local "zoos" that are so risky. Not good for the people OR especially the animals!
