Nanny sexually abuses 11 year old boy from day one and he impregnates her. She has the kid who is now 5, the father is now 17 and some of the commenters are saying that the boy's parents should've been raising it all along as moo is in jail. The mother said her son became a father while he was still playing with the kid next door.

Another commenter said that maybe they could even be on the same school bus. I wonder if they will be after him for sprog support in a year when the kid is six and the father is 18. He could be paying 12 years sprog support if the courts go that way even though it is a rape baby, as the father is a legal adult at 18.

Rapists should never be allowed custody or visitation, or be allowed to have a say in the result of their crime being given up for adoption, and victims should never be obligated to pay child support. These same fucked up laws are affecting kids like this boy as well as women who become pregnant through rape and choose not to have an abortion.

At least she is in jail, a lot of the time that doesn't even happen, even in cases where there is more than adequate evidence, like in this one.

And the media is calling it rape, unlike a lot of cases recently involving underage girls where they were calling it "unwelcome sex" or some other horrific euphemism.

Sometimes i really hope things are made up tabloid style...

Amen, call it what it is- and what the hell is wrong with people saying the schoolbus comment? Of course lets talk about the 'new baby' like it's a doll....not the years of therapy and support and protection that kid is going to need to recover a normal childhood and not be repeatedly re-victimized after being assaulted like this. I'm horrified and glad I will never be those parents...

With the new anti-abortion even in case of rape laws being passed, children raped and impregnated will not have the option of abortion, will be forced to have and raise a rape baby with the rapist allowed to act like a co-parent.

Whoever thought that a rapist being allowed to co-parent a child conceived from rape is an idiot. Rape is a crime, one that often one never gets over. Why should the victim have to interact with his or her rapist? That's punishing an innocent person if ever I saw it!

This is only one of the nightmare with these anti-abortion laws with no exception for rape or incest. This is truly horrible.
