Adoption agencies have strict criteria (usually). Breeders, whose combined IQ's would barely hit triple digits, have none.

Now the GOP is forcing the matter by removing all rights from women. First they came for abortion, next will be the birth control. Yes, I am predicting the banning and eliminating of over the counter stuff too such as condoms.
