Moos are cash cows

"No its not strange, most OBGYNs are lying, greedy bastards who only do half their job because only half makes a shit ton of money.
They don't care about women's health, their choices, or their pain because it doesn't make money. Infertility is a cash cow because IVF rakes in cash, pregnancy and delivery rakes in cash, the more complicated and harder for the woman, the more money it makes.
Sterilisation is a once off procedure (a reversal or IVF would rake in cash but because people rarely change their mind, and doctors know this, they don't sterilise) that is cheap in the short term and defiantly in the long term"

Someone wrote that over at reddit/cf. Sterilized cf women are just not cash cows

pardon the pun but 'bingo!!' we have a winner.

The other side of the equation: the industries out there, the majority, only make money when people breed. Women are the real brunt of this. However, males have less problem obtaining a vasectomy than a woman looking for a tubal or a hysterectomy. Even when removing the damned organ would improve their lives significantly.

Breeders make them money, especially the mentals and defective ones.

people (especially women) do not give ONE DAMN about what they inflict on children and I defy anyone to prove me wrong

Dysfunctional relationships almost always have a child. The more dysfunctional, the more children.

The selfish wants of adults outweigh the needs of the child.

Adoption agencies have strict criteria (usually). Breeders, whose combined IQ's would barely hit triple digits, have none.

Well sure, there's no money in non-reproductive women's health or pregnancy prevention, so the GYN part of the title is financially useless. If a woman gets cervical/uterine/endometrial/vulvar cancer, she gets sent off to an oncologist. If she gets some mild issue like a yeast infection, a round of $10 antifungals and she's good to go. If she suffers debilitating symptoms caused by uterine disorders, everything is done to preserve the organ, often at the cost of the woman's comfort and well-being (or women will get told to just have a baby to fix issues like endo and PCOS). A vast majority of unchilded women seeking sterilization get laughed out of the office.

Pregnancy - especially planned pregnancy - will keep OBs' wallets fat. Women come in for a test to confirm the sperm infection, routine pre-natal exams, ultrasounds, IVF and fertility treatments, additional appointments if she's got something wrong with her and then finally all the bullshit that's required when the Moo eventually gives birth. If you live in the US, it's not hard to wind up with a six-figure bill with insurance from spawning from start to finish.

Almost no doctor will discourage a woman from breeding either, even if she's "geriatric" reproductively, if pregnancy would be dangerous, or if there's a high chance she will miscarry. Because even if that clump falls out, there's still loads to be made off a lost pignasty, ranging from an appointment to confirm the loss to an emergency visit to remove retained fetal tissue that is causing an infection and then follow-up appointments.

It's no surprise OB/GYNs won't sterilize women unless they've shat 2-4 kids - they won't willingly destroy the organs that provide their bread and butter. You'd think they could spare a few sterilizations here and there for the CFers when a majority of idiots breed (often multiple times), but noooope gotta make that cheddar!

Cambion, some women have threatened docs with a lawsuit if they do not get sterilized. And these are older women for the most part with these health annoying issues. And 'have a baby to fix it' is shit advice and does not work.
