25-year-old drive-thru worker threw cup of ice at customer, Moo "comes to his rescue" July 13, 2022 | Registered: 3 years ago Posts: 129 |

After recording their conversation and revealing to Donald what she was doing, he threw what appears to be ice in a cup at Brittany.

The customer declined to be on camera, but told KTAB/KRBC she was worried about the well-being of future customers. But for Ethan’s mom, she said she’s devastated for her son. “I don’t want people to fear him,” said Misty Donald, Ethan’s mom.

Ethan was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome at 12 years old, an incurable developmental disorder affecting social abilities. He is now 25 years old and living on his own. “We thought he was high-functioning enough that he could live a somewhat normal life,” Misty explained.

Never imagining this could have happened, Misty said she does not excuse his behavior. She expressed her hopes other people can understand what Ethan has gone through.
“He doesn’t have the skills that he needs to logically think through a stressful situation,” said Misty.
She wants him to get the help he needs.

I think there's some conflicting information here. In one breath, his Moo says she thinks he's high functioning enough to live a normal life, but then she goes on to say he doesn't have the skills necessary to think in a stressful situation. You know, like a normal adult would have. So he's not high functioning enough to have a normal life if his response to whatever the customer said/did was to throw things at her. I'm sure anyone who has ever worked in customer service has wanted to hurl shit at a bad customer at least a few hundred times, but as an employee, you have to exercise restraint. An inability to do that can make the employee more of a liability if their response to problematic customers is violence.

Get ready for more and more stories like this where the apologists line up and expect everyone else to just deal with inappropriate behavior or violence.
Not long ago I posted something I saw on Link3din, where one of these Assburgers was thanking her employer because they "supported her" after she had a screaming meltdown for no reason. She wrote a long spiel about how her condition keeps her from being able to control herself.
People were falling all over themselves and even the CEO of her company waded in with a terse, "we support you, Tardlina." Well of course he does because if he doesn't, she will likely take to social media and try to cancel/ruin the company for not being "compassionate."
What I want to know is, how about people who want to work in an environment where people are NOT having tantrums and meltdowns? What if I'm "triggered" by someone having a screaming meltdown and throwing things? To me, there's not much of a line between someone throwing inanimate objects and moving on to harm a person. I wouldn't feel safe working at a place where tantrums and meltdowns are allowed to continue.
We've all seen the stories of these hulking tards who beat teachers and innocent people to a pulp. Notice how it's often elderly people or people who would lose their jobs if they defended themselves? These tards are not dumb and isn't it funny how they never pick on someone bigger than they are?
I guarantee the end result of all this is companies hiring fewer people with disabilities because of these shit shows. People with disabilities who were raised to be aware of others will have fewer chances now. Sad but true.

These Assburgers are just spoiled brats enabled by a psychologist. Genuine tards don't get professional jobs and non-tards in these jobs get consequences for misbehavior, but these Assburgers get the jobs and no consequences.
The same shit happens with "emotional support animals." Pets aren't allowed to go everywhere and genuine service animals are trained to behave everywhere. Emotional support animals go everywhere with no training at all, because they're enabled by a psychologist.

I have what was known as Asperger Syndrome and is simply known as mild autism or "on the spectrum" now. I have worked in the fast food industry before, at age 16 as a summer job when such things existed, and no one at work knew that I had autism at all. The diagnosis was made at Ming Quong, by a specialist in autism. Of course, when schizophrenia and bipolar disorder tag teamed with the autism in my late teens, my working days were over. Autistic people are all over the professional sphere, although they would have had to have good upbringing if they want to go "silent running".

I'm sure the manager of that restaurant will not be hiring any more disabled people any time soon, given the unwanted attention this guy has brought to his place of business.

Strange how these people with Assburger's syndrome supposed have the worst time in social functioning, the main problem with the disorder, yet when they end up in a situation like this suddenly they understand how to be manipulative, like making up a fake name on the spot.

When I was talking about professional jobs I was referring to bell_flower's post about a "Tardlina" on Linkedin, not to my original post about fast food. Linkedin is for white-collar and highly-skilled blue-collar professionals to do their "networking" bullshit. Tards don't have prestigious jobs, typical people and "silent running" aspies are held responsible for their actions in prestigious jobs, but the brats I'm talking about get the prestige without responsibility.
