A Louisiana mother has been charged with murder after she left her baby to die in a hot car - three years after doing the same to her other daughter, who survived and who was taken away by social services.

She is only 22, so she'll likely serve 10-15 years (if that because mahm) and be back out.
What about mandatory sterilization, so when she leaves prison she can't do this for a third time?

Two kids by age 22 - some great life choices going on there, it sounds like. You don't get to wish yourself a Happy Mother's Day when you attempt to murder your kids in a hot car on two separate occasions (and succeed one of those times).

So if she intentionally left the kid in the car to die, why did she flag down an officer for help? Did she think they wouldn't look further into the matter? Plus she couldn't even keep her lies straight when she was interrogated. I want to know why her second child wasn't removed from her at birth given her hot car PNA attempt from 2019.
