Clearly this idiot has never had this problem and lives in la la land where all neighbors are reasonable. And not just that but if the neighbors are being obnoxiously loud often they aren't the type you can reason with in the first place. One has to be reasonable to be reasoned with, otherwise it is either resort to passive aggressive behavior or suck it up.

I don't know who decided the initial approach to conflict it is try to reason with the idiot causing the conflict but it never freaking works.
