The claim is that it is "his" house which means the insurance payments are built into the mortage. "Girlfriend" burns his house down when a woman calls who she thinks is another woman, now he is on social media looking for $$$ for the public to pay for it and people are falling for it as the sprog who could've been killed in the fire is being used front and center in the pic to get sympathy cash. If the house is "his" he is paying insurance, if it is a rental then unfortunately it is the landlord's problem now.
