As much as I agree, there are times making a child as young as 4 socially desirable cannot happen. Especially when the child has a difficult temperament or a mental disorder(Autism, ADHD). But I really think children need to be socialized so that they’ll be accepted by others.

Mental disorders are always the obvious exception to every rule. Even the best of us cannot work miracles.
