KP has been writing music all along while raising her three-year-old and of course she wants the entire world to know that. She is writing new music from a place of love from being a moo.

Funny, every time I see her (which is rare) she seems to be making a desperate attempt to appear as a teenager. I do kind of get it, because when she talks her maturity level is that of an immature teenager. I suspect her religious background may have stunted her maturity.

Now this latest publicity stunt couldn't possibly be to counteract Perry opening up her big mouth and putting her foot into it. She stays out of the limelight for five months and then, this.

Most people would likely agree with her assessment, but most people don't have to be concerned about making a statement and having millions of keen ears listening to it. Restraint isn't Perry's strong suit.
