Moo suddenly hates her cat after baybee (Cruelty trigger)

Some may find this one upsetting, but she stopped giving it water until it was forced to drink from the toilet and left windows open in the hope it would just disappear. One would think the bint would just drop it off at the shelter, but neglect was easier I guess.

Becoming a mother makes you more empathetic, amiright?

The most disturbing part about this isn’t the neglectful abuse of the animal (although that is very disturbing), it is the fact that the author tries to justify it because being a moo is hard, but it’s ok because she’ll probably start to like the cat again when the baby starts taking interest in it.

I can’t get the comments to load, but I really hope they are tearing this moo a new asshole.

Unfortunately I couldn't adopt a cat so far, because I wouldn't be able to supply them with sufficient space and time, but dear god, how much would I want to just take the poor kitty away from this disgusting excuse for a human being.

I mean, heck, she even admits, that she'd end up in fucking jail if she treated a human like that AND DID IT ANYWAY. It's insane.

I am equally upset an the implication of poor Lucky planned to become entertainment for the bloody goblin when it gets old enough to - more likely than not - abuse the poor cat further, adding to the food- and loveless hell.
We all can guess, that the neglecting breederilla will not teach the goblin to respect animals, given she already knowingly disrespects them herself and 'understands' disrespect by others.

Lucky is in for a never-ending world of pain if he doesn't get adopted in time! I hate this so much.

Adoption agencies have strict criteria (usually). Breeders, whose combined IQ's would barely hit triple digits, have none.

My own mother had a cat and she loved her even after I was born. I think she probably preferred the cat over me TBH. I have a sneaking suspicion I would have been like that too if I had been in her situation.

People have had pets and loaves for centuries and did fine with both. I'm wondering if this is some sort of new phenomenon where moos are now claiming they don't love their pets because "OMG...My CHYLD is soooo much more important than this stupid *insert poor neglected pet here*"

This sort of behavior is normalized to the point now that it's almost treated like a noble choice. Disgusts me to no end. I also have younger family members who have kids and pets and they treat their pets like family. It's a great way to teach empathy but so many moos lack that themselves.
