Banning the Childfree Movement in Russia

They can't ban people being childfree. Unless Russia starts arresting people who don't breed by a certain age, there's nothing the government there can do to make people have kids. Plus, the country is big enough that people could go off the grid to live their childfree lives and Russia would't be abe to find them. Whole regions of teir territory are sparsly, or unpopulated.

this just proves that all the breed, baby breed messages EVERYWHERE is desperation for cannon fodder, $$$, consumerism, etc..
