Breeder hovels are never tidy because brats wreck shit the second it's clean/picked up, and there is no point cleaning up after them when they're just going to make another mess anyway. It's like they can't stand to see something clean. I imagine someone who is a neat freak and/or clinically OCD about messes would go absolutely bonkers with brats because unless you keep a child confined to 1-2 rooms, they will make the house look like a fucking tornado hit it.
Also the author of that discussion says she has ADD. That was her other mistake: breeding while autistic. Not only because of the potential to pass the condition down genetically, but autistic people tend to rely on routines and schedules and shit generally being the same and/or in order. Kids are the precise opposite of that.
I don't feel sorry for the bitch. Why did she not stop at one child? Or two? She said herself she could have probbaly had something resembling a life if she only had one. So why did she keep on having more than she could handle? If she lives in a place where abortion access is restricted, that's what contraception is for. Women have far more options available to them than men, both hormonal and non-hormonal, so there is no excuse to not prevent pregnancy if you do not want or cannot handle more kids.

I saw no mention of the possibility of hiring someone to come in and clean. I assume this is for a couple of reasons, the first one most likely being the cost. If Moo has four fucking kids, she probably can't afford to hire someone. Second, going back to my first point, what's the point in cleaning up all the mess when the fucking brats will just turn the house back into a pigsty in 20 minutes? It would be wasted money.
Also I see no mention of Moo forcing her kids to pick up their own messes. The toadler might be too young, but unless the older brats have no hands, there is no reason they cannot be taught and/or expected to pick up after themselves.
Her brief post history is quite a whirlwind. Homeless fiance who is apparently addicted to porn (she's in r/DeadBedrooms), contributes nothing financially who also uses drugs and lies constantly and is uninterested in fixing any of these problems. I assume he is a fiance because he is the only person willing to shack up with her when she has this many fucking kids and he's better than nothing. That, or she's one of those brain-dead women who think that a damaged man is like a project car and she can fix him up.
