Alot of the men who marry tradwives often ditch their wives when they get "old" for a younger, hotter model, leaving them floundering due to being completely financially dependent on the man and having almost no marketable skills.

Even if the man is loyal and a complete saint, he can still die , lose his career or become crippled/sick.

The traditional wife to single mother with no prospects pipeline goes crazy.

I've lost count of how many times i've heard of the husbands dying and the tradwife being left up the creek without a paddle (most of them didn't even have life insurance, so they turn to gofund me to even pay for the funeral). It never ceases how so many of them don't even have the common sense to get life insurance, espeically if they have kids.
Even then, life insurance only goes so far and can't be lived off indefinately.

Having children is not viable in the USA for anyone who is not a multimillionaire, or preferably a billionaire. These children have no future and no hope of a decent life. Even pets are out of reach of most Americans if they are to be cared for correctly.
