Playing the breeder card

Dirtbag and spouse assault a school athletic director trying to go after referees. Shows up in court with baby carriage and with a kid. Asshat is a corrections officer. Guess he likes beating up powerless people.

Mr. Noga walked in, pushing a baby stroller with Mrs. Noga behind him

And he wanted pictures of the victim!

In court, Mr. Noga asked an unusual question.

“Can I get a photo of them? I don’t know who these people are, that’s why,” said Mr. Noga.

The judge refused.

Couple banned from all public school property for life after assault

Of course breeder only got $15,000 bail so he's on the street

Oh, they were definitely using that kid as a prop. Shame they didn't get real punishment.

I wonder if the Duh thought that since he works in law enforcement, that means he can throw his weight around and would be exempt from punishment. It seems like he got off pretty light, especially considering he punched this woman hard enough to concuss her. I hope he faces punishment at his job too, buuuut I'm sure he won't because one of the perks of being in law enforcement is you can do shit you'd normally arrest people for and suffer no consequences.

Not to mention that the director was 130 pounds and the proud papa bear is 310 pounds. I guarantee that loaf he brought with him to court wasn't even his.

I had to find another story on the incident because I had no idea WTF the motive was for the assault. According to this one:

https://www.staradvertiser.com/2025/12/17/breaking-news/prison-guard-banned-for-life-from-hawaii-public-schools-after-alleged-attack/

... Duh decided it was acceptable to punch the athletic director after his kid got called out for fouling during a basketball game and Moo and Duh were heckling the refs, so the director told them to get the fuck out. He waited for her, followed her and decked her and she was on the ground for a whole 10 minutes. He looks smug as fuck in his photo in that article too.

I have a feeling he's probably going to ignore the restraining order because he likely feels he was justified in assaulting this woman, and he's probably going to continue to harass her. If the felony charges stick, as a corrections officer, he's going to be in the shit at work. He's likely going to lose his job on top of being charged, not to mention potential jail time and fines. PLUS I'm sure he will struggle to find a new job now because a lot of places won't hire a felon. So I'm sure he's going to go after the director again to teach her a lesson for "making" him lose his job.

On top of that, he will never be able to go to any other school events. Won't be able to take his kid to another game or see his kid graduate or even go to PT meetings. This may not be a big loss, but imagine how shitty his kid will feel when he graduates and Duh isn't there because he punched the sports director. I hope she has a firearm handy in her home because if this guy finds out where she lives (not hard to do with the internet), she could be in danger of far worse than a concussion. A piddly little restraining order won't stop a determined asshole.

Corrections officers are even more rotten than true police officers. They like throwing their weight around and abusing people who are locked up and stripped of all weapons. But they are too out of shape to be real police officers. A lot of the ones I've known are very cold and rotten people just as bad (if not worse) than the people they are watching over. So none of this surprises me.

That is usually how it goes...

...case in point.

I'm with you in hoping he faces work related consequences, but also with you in figuring he won't. I suppose his victim could sue him. She'd never get any money from that kind of scum, but it might at least actually inconvenience him for awhile.
