Lemme ask, did you do this stuff when you were their ages? Did your parents put up with it? Obvious answer is march them up there immediately and have them all clean it, no excuses. But Im not a parent so I guess I dont know nothing.

Yeah, the problem there is 50% the fucking brats and 120% the useless husband/father. And let's throw in another 90% for the wife/mother letting all this bullshit go on for longer than 5 minutes, let alone years.

It's a ridiculous enough situation that a total of 100% just won't cut it, lol.

Sounds like it's time to put a fucking lock on their personal bathroom and only the parents have access to the key. Let the kids be pigs in the other bathroom. That, or force them to haul their disgusting asses back in the author's bathroom and make them clean their messes. They keep doing it because there are no consequences. If they have to clean their own filth, they'll either learn to stop being slobs or will stay the hell out of Moo's and Duh's bathroom.

Another one for 'youre missing out by not having kids' and my same questions apply from above, did YOU ever do this, did YOUR parents ever have to deal w/ this ridiculousness? Another example of when kyd is not in fear of ANY consequence, this is the bullshit they do.

I can't imagine any of my male friends doing this back when we were teens, other than a one off, and then throw it out. I thought dudes only did that in a car for obvious reasons.

Again, tho, this is one thing I dont fucking miss by not reproducing. I still wonder if parunts had a crystal ball if they really really would do it all over. All the grossness, and it isnt just outta toddlers. These kids need to date more, bcz they would b more cognizant of what is acceptable behavior in society, a preteen or teen doing this is too childish.

Isn't this one of the behaviors that's indicative of sexual abuse? Getting weird/obsessive about bodily functions?

Commentors did post about schizophrenia etc., re: this behavior.

That being said, many ppl stated what I was thinking, that these boys' lives surround around gaming and likely doing it out of laziness....but still...use a bottle, throw it away...again, Reddit and stepparenting reddit is so eye-opening regarding what modern parents put up with. Ive been on CF and parenting sites since the 90s, I dont recall seeing most of the shit that goes down now in ppl's homes, but there's no consequences of any sort, so now it is normal for your 10-22y.o to spend 90% of the day in their rooms staring at a phone w/o no friends and no place to go outside the home. They hoard all their garbage and all act like sullen teenagers if forced to clean it up. They say dating is down, no shit...they dont leave their rooms and are allowed to live in filth bcz parents dont man up, and literally force their(adult) kids to clean, shower, get a PT job, and have a real social life. They dont want to be meanies so nothing gets done and teens dont grow up. As a child, teen, and even young adult as some pals had oopsie babies, at no time did I see these disasters of bedrooms I see now, and read about on Reddit. Even if people were a layabout, their parents just didnt allow much of this inside the home..

The kid peeing in bottles might just be lazy. It's something grown men do (typically hardcore gamers) when they are too lazy to get up and pee in a toilet, so they just whiz in an empty 2-liter and then never stop because it's easier. Then the bottles pile up because the fuckers are also too lazy to take their pee bottles to the toilet to empty them. And as you can imagine, no hand-washing happens afterward either.

So this is when you take away his video games until he learns to quit peeing in bottles like a slob. I assume it's a stepmother who has taken issue with the peeing, and unfortunately I could see the father not caring because "it's not hurting anybody."

Or if they want to be passive aggressive, take the kid to a doctor. I bet if he gets a cotton swab jammed into his urethra for testing purposes, he'll reconsider his nasty bottle habit. Or take his piss bottle and empty it over his XBox/PS5/PC/whatever.

Overall, it is anti-social behavior, and dumb parunts have to remember, youre raising a kid to become a responsible, so-called normal adult part of a society, as a parunt you probably want said son to date, marry etc someday, bcz that's how breeders are. If you dont teach your son how to grow up properly, you have failed, but youre right, there's many excuses especially coming from the Duhds, bcz constantly looking for excuses not to reprimand or have a talk w/ their offspring. This is how we got here in 2026 with many 20something men not dating, fucking, or doing much of anything bcz directionless bcz no parunt motivates them to grow the F up. Its disgusting, I'm sure pee gets on the floor too. I just can't imagine being a parent to this nonsense.
