International CF day!

I guess it is international childfree day, so enjoy!!!!!

Seeing yet more posts on Reddit about CF not being a thing 15 yrs ago, I dont have an acct, but I want to tell them so much that yes, it is/was! Gosh, so many CF articles and stuff are over 20years old. In fact, "Non-parents Day" started in '73 (kinda when I saw on 60 mins or some show like that about Childless by Choice expose.) They renamed it CF day in 2013. It was around, people. but we had to speak in whispers around the breeders so younger folk wouldnt hear I guess. But some complaining about not knowing it are actually Gen X, Well, this board was at the start of the movement I guess, and I'm proud of that. Glad to know you all!

For once, a holiday I'm happy to celebrate (besides Halloween)!

And I'm glad they call it by the correct term too. A lot of people use "childfree" and "childless" interchangeably. Or they use "childless" because "childfree" offends some people.

Happy to celebrate with you folks too! This was the first CF site I ever found and holy crap, my profile says I've been here 20 years! Glad to have had a place to be unapologetically, unabashedly childfree for two decades!

Ive been here since day one also, but somehow my acct got inactive and I got kicked out and had to start over again, evidently in 2017
