Looks like the rethugs want to charge women who leave babies in safe havens. If guess if she is caught somehow she will then be charged with criminal abandonment. Not only to do they want to take away abortion, but they will try to forced women who chose adoption or are forced to to, I guess ,take the kid home and raise it.Look like the pregancy and birth are not punishment enough for sexual activity.

I don't think they realize that safe havens save kids' lives, so if women have to be afraid of being prosecuted for using them, then we're going to see a big uptick in babies left in dumpsters or out in the woods. Or just a whole lot more neglect and abuse when unwilling women are forced into motherhood. The whole point of the safe haven law is so women can surrender their kids without fear of legal punishment.
But why would they want to go and do something that might help a woman when they can just fuck them over at every turn and then blame them for it?
