With all the restrictions on abortion, maybe pro choice organizations should promote, as Drew Carey might say, "Have yourself spayed and neutered". So far, there are no restrictions on operations except "you will change your mind" and doctors make more money on babies than anything else. I know women have a hard time getting operations, but I think she should have the choice, (as well as men have vasectomies).
