If so are you having tons of problems with the latest update? I have always liked their updates in the past. This one is an absolute disaster. It duplicated some songs, changed some song titles and artist names, got rid of the option to edit song info and brought back that awful "various artists" folder which was eliminated by a previous update. I have called and e-mailed them several times and hopefully deleted all the duplicates. They said it's impossible to go back to the previous version. Now I can't figure out how to upload music from my computer so I will have to call again tomorrow for the new instructions. My antivirus software does not like it either, I had to specifically allow it through the firewall.
I want my music collection to be well organized, and it was. Now Amazon has fucked it up. Has anyone else had the same problem?
