Rick Astley Wins MTV Europe Music Award for "Best Act Ever"

Rick-rolling has become so popular that the fans managed to vote Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" video as the Best Act Ever for the 2008 MTV Europe Music Awards, beating out even the Beatles.

And I'm sure Rick is just thrilled knowing he won because one of his hits became a mockery.

Oh well. Congras to him.
