Fortunately, our surrounding neighbors are GREAT - EXCEPT for these assholes behind us, over 1 house. They've got a pool and 3 screaming daughters. Summers are hell. If the girls aren't out in the pool screaming, the parents are having their parties until 3 am on a Wednesday. These are the same kids that think it's ok to ride their sleighs down their hill into our yard and crash into our house.
We don't live in the 'hood - the houses are nice, so it's not like they are welfare scum or drug dealers - but they are home ALL THE TIME so parties like that must not interfere with their work schedule. Do they even work? We've often wondered that. Lucky us.
